Back in 2003 I took the Council Bluffs Ghost Tour on Halloween night, thanks to my daughter. We visited many places in Council Bluffs, Iowa, that were reputed to be haunted...Lake Manawa, several private residences, an historic church, and the Black Angel. It was extremely cold that Halloween night, and I took some interesting pictures of the Memorial.
