This is Hillcrest's "Singing Tower," which occupies the central spot of the highest hill at the cemetery. I'm not sure of the height, but I would estimate it at about three stories tall.

When I was young my mother mentioned that during the 1930's and 1940's the tower used to "sing" every Sunday for several hours. Actually, there are bells (or chimes, I'm not sure which) in the tower, and the cemetery ran a program of songs for everyone's listening pleasure. As far as I know the tower has not sung for years.

Somewhere around my house in storage is a book of church songs that you could play on the piano, to match what the tower played.  It was printed by Westlawn Hillcrest in the 1940s, I believe.
